Pre-Poured Plates and Slants
For best results, store plates standing agar-side-up.
Store in a cool place away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
Our plates and slants should not be refrigerated prior to opening the sealed sleeve.
As plates and slants are sealed and sterile, refrigeration is unnecessary and only serves to draw out moisture and increase condensation.

Storing plates in a refrigerator can greatly increase condensation risk.
In order to ensure the high quality of our pre-poured media, we produce our plates, ready-pour bottles, and slants to order.
